jail while concerned neighbors say they haven't seen daphne for weeks. >> it has been 4 to 6 weeks. >> the search for the girl continues. here is what we know. police were handing out flyers at the market where the child was seen. two search locations, one at the martin luther king junior regional shoreline park and the toddler's home. the little girl's disappearance has left a lot of unanswered questions. >> there are two parallel investigations, a kidnapping case and the child abuse --

correction the child endangerment. that is a separate investigation that they will follow up with. police sent a boat with sonar to search. they had issues with the tide and will continue tomorrow. the toddler's father will face a judge friday. j.r. stone reports from the alameda county jail. >> reporter: john webb is in a jail cell. he was rested several hours before he was booked. i requested an interview on thursday evening or friday morning and requests were denied by the county. webb will face a judge friday

afternoon at 2:00. bail has not been posted. if it is, he could be out in a matter of hours. j.r. stone, kron4news. a police officer was charged earlier with requesting and possessing sexually explicit photographs with a minor. we have details on the accusations. >> reporter: the santa clara district attorney's office says he turned himself in, booked, and released on $75,000 bail. he was assigned to the sexual investigations unit. the prosecutor says he was not on the clock when the crimes

happened. >> this is atypical. this occurred on line. it was in 2010, fall, and the criminal conduct was in january of 2011 wherein there was a discussion about the minor's age. she was 16. she said 17. he knew she was a minor and still requested sexually explicit photographs from her. >> this was through facebook? >> the conversations. the photos were through e-mail. >> reporter: frager is on

. >> this is the live look at the crews clearing the closed runway at sfo. they are moving most of the debris to storage. you can see cargo trucks. the asiana aircraft will go back to washington dc for further analysis. they had a final media briefing on the crash. these are new pictures the ntsb released. a bright light that a pilot saw was part of the investigation. he told them he saw the light at 500 feet before crash landing. >> neither of the other two flight crew members mentioned this light with our investigators in interviews. in the review of the cockpit

recorder there is no discussion on the cvr of the light or of the flying pilot seeing a light. >> the pilot said he doesn't believe the light affected his ability to fly. ntsb officials say the plane came in too low and too slow and clipped the seawall. this is video of sfo from our helicopter partner. this is the work that has been completed and what still needs to be done before the runway can reopen. >> reporter: flight 214 left a half-mile section of the runway 28 left with scattered rocks and boulders. you can see as of thursday most of the rocks have been removed.

broken pieces of the tail section have also been cleared away. in addition the airport will clean up spilled jet fuel, repair lighting, and fix the seawall. the faa will conduct test flights for operational use. this can take several days. no date on when repairs will be finished. they hope to finish late this weekend or early next week. charles clifford, kron4news. the flight attendants are now home in south korea. many had difficulty keeping composure talking about the
